What is “From Zero to Ready?”
The ‘From Zero to Ready’ program is our free entry point into the Co Borrower hub ecosystem. It’s designed for dreamers, planners and action-takers—those may not be pre-approved yet, but are serious about exploring co-ownership.
Here’s a quick overview
- Interview: Every participant is interviewed and vetted by a coborrower hub admin. We want to get to know you—not just your dream of owning a home, financials, but your vision and values
- Free profile creation: We create a profile for you, upload your photo and share your story with us. This helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and what kind of co-borrower might align with you
- You have to attend our free workshops into the organization and mortgage preparation process
- Assess gigs that you can do to create extra income, if necessary
- Assess your required OPI that works with your income level
