However, our Affiliated Businesses can assist you with any activities that require a licensed real estate professional or mortgage lenders. By recognizing the financial challenges many individuals face in achieving homeownership alone, we promote shared co-ownership models that make housing more attainable, sustainable, and community driven in the form of relationship matchmaking method.

However, we want to clarify that while we are inspired with HUD’s mission, we are not affiliated with any government agencies nor GSE’s. One of our top priorities is to strike a balance between corporate innovation and government housing initiatives. We are operating in good faith, ensuring that our business adheres to ethical standards and serves the best interests of aspiring homeowners. To uphold transparency and fairness, we follow guidelines set by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), promoting responsible operations: exclusive matchmaking of our members, relationship technology, educational workshops, finance and creditworthiness programs and equitable housing opportunities through our for sale by owner directory and affiliated partners.
