Co Borrower Hub, incorporated in Delaware in May 2023, is a pioneering platform, specifically designed for unrelated co-borrowers to team-up and purchase a home, either owner-occupied or non-owner occupied. We are not a real estate brokerage but a relationship matchmaking service. Our main purpose is to help aspiring homeowners, find each other so they can connect and establish relationships with one another. And through our affiliated partners, we can help you complete the entire process of co-owning. We provide a system and method, template and resources for all facets of meeting your potential co-homeownership partners.
✓COMMITTED TO INTEGRITY AND GOOD FAITH
At Co Borrower Hub, we operate with transparency, trust, and a strong commitment to ethical practices. Our platform is designed to foster secure and mutually beneficial co-borrowing partnerships, ensuring that all users have access to reliable information, fair agreements and financial clarity.
We prioritize honest communication, responsible matching, and user protection, adhering to industry best practices to create a trustworthy environment. By empowering individuals with the tools and insights needed for successful co-ownership, we uphold our mission to make relationship co-homeownership more accessible while operating in good faith at every step.
✓ RELATIONSHIP-FOCUSED
Some view us as the “dating app” for co-homeownership. Our business model runs the gamut. We are multi-purpose and can be an out-of-the-box dating app as well. As all members are vetted—unmarried individuals who are looking for personal reasons and who also believe in homeownership than renting can benefit on using our matchmaking. With our system, we can certify people’s relationships if the mortgage underwriters request it for loan approval.
✓ HOUSING EFFICIENCY
Co-borrowing or teaming-up is considered to be a smart financial strategy—it’s also an environmentally sustainable approach to homeownership. By enabling multiple individuals to share a single property, co-borrowing optimizes housing density, reducing urban sprawl, and the excessive resource consumption associated with single-owner homeownership.
